Custom Rod Order Process

• We will consult with you about your needs and suggest options to meet your needs, individual preferences, and budget.
• If feasible an onsite consultation through an appointment at our Sacramento, CA shop can be requested. The consultation may also be done via telephone, e-mail, or text messaging. You will need to provide an email address for the following order process items.
• You will be provided with a quote that includes the parts and costs of your custom rod build order. You will need to approve the quote to confirm accuracy and authorize the custom build. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• You will need to confirm that you understand and accept our Order & Sales Policies, Terms, Conditions and Liability Waiver.
• We will e-mail you an invoice. Payment in full is required at the time of the order.
• Rod fabrication will begin upon payment being received.
• You will be notified of the completion timeline after the order is paid. (Generally, 4-6 weeks)
• Rods are shipped or available for pickup immediately upon completion of the fabrication process.
• All sales are final on custom rod orders. No refunds are provided after components are ordered or after fabrication is started.
